We handle your chosen nickname, room and game state, guesses and scores, connection state, timestamps, a session identifier, and basic request information needed to operate the service.

- 9upper_session: an HttpOnly guest-session cookie with a 1-day maximum lifetime. It binds this device to a player identity and supports reconnecting.
- 9upper_locale: a language preference cookie with a 365-day maximum lifetime. It remembers Hong Kong Traditional Chinese, Taiwan Traditional Chinese, or English.
Service providers
Third-party cloud providers supply this website’s hosting, database, realtime connections, and content delivery, and may process connection requests and aggregated usage statistics. The full list of providers is available on request.
If advertising is enabled after site approval, Google AdSense and other third-party ad providers supply advertising and consent management on public guide articles and in the full-screen slot shown once a finished game returns to the lobby. Advertising consent and choices
Where required, we use a Google-certified consent message with Consent, Manage options, and Do not consent. You can change or withdraw your choice using the privacy options Google displays. Refusing does not prevent gameplay.

How Google uses data from partner sitesRetention and deletion
Rooms idle for more than 6 hours are eligible for hourly automatic deletion. Removing a room also removes its players, rounds, scores, guesses, and callouts. Valid deletion requests can be handled sooner. When a room is removed we keep anonymous statistics used to improve the rules, the questions, and the interface: counts of rounds, card draws, durations, difficulty, room language, and interface languages. Those statistics contain no nickname, session identifier, question content, or anything that identifies a person. Cookies expire as described above and can also be cleared in your browser.
Your requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information related to you. Include enough detail to identify the relevant room or session, but never send passwords or payment information.
Age positioning
This website is a general-audience service for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children.
